ARB Meetings Re-scheduled |

Please be advised that the Architectural Review Board meeting dates have changed for the next three months. The upcoming meetings will be held on the following dates: o September 8th o October 6th o November 3rd

Notice about Asphalt Resealing |

Management has recently learned that Dominion Paving has placed signs regarding street re-sealing in some townhouse and single family areas of the community. These signs were placed in error by the contractor without consulting CMC. We regret the inconvenience that this has caused, and will re-post the signs when the work is actually scheduled to commence.

Reminder about Tennis Court Usage |

The Pinecrest Community is proud to have the tennis courts as an amenity to our community. The Tennis Subcommittee has witnessed a dramatic increase in usage of the courts in 2008. The rules are in place to make sure the facility is used properly for the benefit of all. We want to remind residents of a few of those rules. . .

Farmhouse Property Update |

In the summer of 2005 the Lynch family farmhouse and grounds within The Pinecrest, part of the former Elmdale Farm, was sold to a developer, Prospect Development Company, Inc. For those unfamiliar with the farmhouse property, it is at 4500 Highland Green Court and is adjacent to the second tee of Pinecrest Golf Course. The original intention of the developer was to build single-family houses on the three lots that comprise the property. Construction would follow demolition of the existing farmhouse and garage, as well as removal of one or more trees presently on the property. |
